Our week has been filled with a wide variety of things!
On Monday we had a Historical Perspectives Presentation on Marie Curie.
Some of the children lead a MARATHON cheer for our Marathon Preview assembly on Tuesday afternoon. (Your child should have brought home information regarding the upcoming NDA Marathon in Thursday's Yellow folder)
Some of the children spent time practicing for their parts at Mass.
We had our Mass (see more photos in Wednesday's blog post below).
We have been working with spring words and 2 new poems as well as reading books about wind and spring weather.
Our Star of the Week:
Our Resurrection Garden sure is growing!
We even got to 'cut the grass' before Spring break. ( It sure smelled like summer time!!)
We are enjoying having guest readers from 1st Grade stop by during the week!
It is fun to listen to our friends read with great expression! Thank you First Graders for sharing your love of reading with us!
Building with blocks on a rainy indoor recess day was pretty fun!
Enjoy your Spring Break!!
